- 1 ½ cups roasted peanuts
- ½ cup chicken chicharones, chopped
- ⅓ cup preserved ginger, minced
- ⅓ cup rock candy, crushed to preserved ginger size
- **2 tablespoons Garlic oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 preserved crushed garlic clove from Garlic oil (optional)
[Garlic oil]
- 2 cups of neutral oil (canola, vegetable, etc.)
- 1 head of garlic; peeling cleaned and dried, ends cuts off and cloves crushed (keep peels)
